Time allotted = 1 hours.
Section 2: Science and Mathematics
- Biology (20 MCQs)
- Chemistry (20 MCQs)

- Science reasoning (30 MCQs)
- Mathematics reasoning (30 MCQs)
Total MCQs = 120
Time allotted = 2 hours & 15 minutes.

In Aga Khan Medical College entrance test there is also a negative marking only for the Biology, Chemistry and Physics sub-section where every wrong answer will loses 0.25 marks.
